WI TEACHER WATCHES PORN ON SCHOOL COMPUTER DURING CLASS TIME, GETS $200,000 FOR HIS TIME

MIDDLETON/CROSS PLAINS WI SCHOOL DISTRICT

THIS IS A TRUE STORY, AS OUTRAGEOUS AS IT IS!

Middle School Science teacher Andrew Harris views pornography on a school computer during class time, forwards the porn on to female teachers, gets fired, the teachers' union comes to his defense, four years later he gets reinstated and gets rich to the tune of $200,000.  He's now back in the classroom teaching middle school students in the same school district.
Cost to the district?  Over a million dollars in legal fees, plus $200,000.

I wondered why the Middleton/Cross Plains teachers' union still had enough power to force (through a lawsuit) the district to pay a pervert $200,000 and reinstate his MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHING job. This explains it. MCP school board/district didn't take advantage of Wisconsin's ACT 10 to de-power the teachers' union. They entered into a contract containing most of the same powers available to the union prior to ACT 10. The School Board has no one to blame but themselves. If they had adopted the ACT 10 provisions they likely would not be in this stew. There were 6-7 teachers involved in this porn situation. Every single one of them should have been fired. Instead, union reps stepped in to save the day for them. What's a parent to do? Allow your middle school kids to be in a classroom with a pervert, porn-watching male teacher? And what about the other teachers involved in this? Do the parents know who they are so they can keep their kids away from them too? Short of home schooling there is no way to keep your kids away from these teachers,
thanks to the Union, the Middleton/Cross Plaines School Board and Administration.

A simple way to get rid of Andrew Harris is for the WI Department of Public Instruction to
yank his teaching certificate.

They were asked two years ago to do this.

SO FAR, THE WI DPI HAS FAILED TO RESPOND TO THE REQUEST.

GUTLESSS!!

EASY WIN FOR WALKER, THE LEFT SAYS DEMOCRACY DIED TONIGHT

Finally, at last, the closing, the ending, Gov. Scott Walker decisively, conclusively, irrevocably beat Barrett for the third time. I’d say 53% to 46% is a pretty significant victory, pretty much a landslide. And what does the Main Stream Media have to say about it? Well, watch the first video. It’s a compilation of comments the MSM made in the past about the significance of a Democrat win, and then it segues into more recent MSM statements as they realized Walker may very well win. What a change of tune!

At 8 p.m. Central time when polls officially closed and networks could “predict,” all cable networks, including CNN ,MSNBC and FOX NEWS, announced the race was “too close to call.” CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer was absolutely joyous when he declared exit polls showed a 50/50 race.

At 9 p.m. CNN ditched election news coverage, so sure they were that Barrett would win. But at 10 p.m. Blitzer came back on the air with another update. His tone was subdued, low key, no exuberance, like attending a funeral. At this point Blitzer ceased talking about how the Wisconsin vote would be a preview for November. Once the race was called for Walker the election suddenly didn’t mean a thing. The Dems should learn something from this. Do Not Believe Your Own Exit Polls.

And MSNBC’S Ed Schultz? He was teary eyed when the race was called for Walker. The network’s anchors immediately began suggesting that the Barrett loss was actually good for Obama, who hadn’t even set foot in Wisconsin, and they began attacking Mitt Romney.

Watch the second video for the tearful, sniveling, weeping reaction from an obvious Democrat and Barrett backer. He says it’s the end of Democracy. “Democracy died tonight,” he mournfully cried. He must not know that the U.S. of A is not a Democracy, but rather a Republic.  He probably doesn't know the difference.

The way I see it?  Our Republic Lived Last Night. Walker’s victory means that ALL states now have another choice when it comes to dealing with fiscal issues. It means they don’t have to raise taxes, lay off people or go bankrupt. It means the federal government does not have to even think about bailing out these states. It also means states can trim the fat from government union contracts and the world is not going to come to an end.

Wisconsin was the first battleground in the war to save America. The message we sent is strong, powerful and irrefutable. Watch out Barack Hussein Obama, or Barry Soetoro, or whatever your name is, You’re Next! Five More Months, we’re coming to get you and your Progressive, Liberal, Big Spending Buddies, from both parties. We’re going to finish what we started in 2010 and send you back to where you came from. We're going to restore fiscal sanity to Washington!

MARINE VET ARRESTED AT CLINTON/BARRETT RALLY

Here it is, Folks, the arrest of a Veteran exercising his right to free speech. Appears to me that the police officers had no reason to arrest him other than they didn't like what he was saying. The message is "you are not allowed to speak your mind without threat of arrest." But Gov. Walker will win, and we will do it again in November. Granted, Romney is not my favorite Conservative candidate, but I am in the Anybody But Obama Crowd. Let's elect Romney and then hold his feet to the fire to force some changes before America is lost forever. Wish I could let this Vet know I am proud of him.

UNIONS WANT TO BEHEAD GOV. SCOTT WALKER

Rev. McJunkins of Springfield's Union Baptist Church and USAction's William McNary rile up a union crowd during an Illinois appearanc by WI Gov. Scott Walker. These two loud mouths engage in fierce rhetoric to agitate a union crowd of thousands. It appears that the union thugs are threatening Walker’s safety. What do you do with a large crowd once you’ve incited them with angry hateful rhetoric? How do you stop them if they get whipped into violence? You don't!

This is the result of Obama’s Class Warfare garbage. The unions think they are “entitled” to more and more, while the citizens paying the bills just keep on paying more and more. It has to stop somewhere and sometime, and Scott Walker is putting a stop to it in WI. Stay strong, Gov. Walker, June 5 is right around the corner. On that date the Recall fiasco will be behind you and you can concentrate on doing more good things for WI.

BIG LABOR GETS A BIG BREAK IN RECALL WALKER MOVEMENT

Did you hear the news today? The Government Accountability Board has established the “rules” to be used to validate signatures on the Recall Walker petitions that are soon to be submitted to the GAB. The “rules” that were unanimously approved by the Board say simply that all signatures will be considered legal. When asked if Mickey Mouse or Adolf Hitler would be okay? The Board replied yes. Stunning admission, don’t you think? A GAB representative stated on the record that all signatures that included a proper date and WI address are presumed “valid.”

The GAB says that verification of all signatures falls on Walker, or some other independent group. It is up to the parties being recalled to discover fraudulent signatures among the thousands of recall forms that will be submitted. Holy Moly, then what are we paying the GAB staff for? It’s obviously another government office that isn’t effective and should be eliminated.

So what happens when someone signs a petition more than once, like the Milwaukee man who admitted to signing over 80 times – same name, same address, same signature. Potentially, every one of his so-called signatures will end up being counted. And I don’t believe for one minute that this is the only dim-wit who signed a petition more than once. But this is one dim-wit who admitted to it.

And how about the Conservative talk radio host whose name appeared on a petition? She categorically states that she did NOT sign any petition to recall Walker. After all, she’s a Conservative. And yet, her name is clearly signed. It was discovered when someone who knows the host was asked to sign the same petition and discovered the host’s name, immediately informing the host of the situation. According to the GAB, her name on the petition will be valid.

What a frightful, fraudulent, deceitful, reprehensible scam the Recall Walker movement has become. But what would we expect when unions from all over the country are dumping millions of dollars into WI to force their agenda down our collective throats? They are so fearful of losing their power, they are willing to do anything to get rid of Walker.

Intimidation is running rampant. Recently Alexandra Carney was attempting to drive her two small children to McDonald’s when she was stopped by petition circulators who were blocking the road. They asked her to sign a petition to recall Walker, to which she politely shook her head no as she attempted to drive away. Quickly the petition circulator raised his middle finger to Ms. Carney, called her an offensive name and threw an egg at her windshield. Ms. Carney stated that “it was truly terrifying,” for her and her children. She honked her horn and continued moving her vehicle forward in an attempt to drive away from the scene before the crowd could access the inside of her vehicle. Does anyone else wonder why the petition circulator had eggs in their possession? Why were the circulators allowed to block traffic? But I guess the rights of the few circumvent the rights of anyone who gets in their way.

Folks, you should think twice before signing a Recall Walker petition.  If you sign you become part of the scam.

Watch the video below to see the GAB in action.  Don't laugh.  This is a real government board.

AUTOMATONS GOOSE-STEPPING IN WISCONSIN'S CAPITAL ROTUNDA

Wonder Why the Legislators in Madison can't get much done at mid-day? And why lots of WI schools have had to cancel their class trips to Madison to see the Capital? And why the blood bank has had to close down? Why Capital Tour participants have to wear ear plugs? Why Capital visitors are forced to leave the rotunda because of the din. Why Capital staffers and employees are leaving work with headaches and ringing ears? Watch the video for a vivid picture of Capital protesters. Members of the noon-day sing-a-long, which takes place inside the Wisconsin Capitol rotunda daily, talk about fatigue and how they keep staying strong for the "protest."

Solidarity forever?? Raised fists?? Reminds me of the Communist Party. But these people are union puppets, brainwashed, indoctrinated, goose-stepping around the Capital rotunda like automatons. Common sense? Uh huh. Respect for others? Guess not. Respect for the Capital? Not a bit. Do they have jobs? One wonders. They march in a circle, are disruptive and obnoxious, shouting and singing, and behaving in the same oppressive manner that they so vehemently decry.

This boorish temper tantrum goes on while the State of WI, school districts and municipal governments continue to rack up millions of dollars in savings thanks to the elimination of collective bargaining. I say, Right On, Governor Walker. THANK YOU. You did what we elected you to do.

"RETIRE - REHIRE" GREAT GAME IF YOU CAN GET IT!

Recently a Patriot mentioned to me that New Berlin WI teachers are retiring and then getting rehired by the New Berlin School District. They are allegedly retiring because of Gov. Walker’s “gutting” of their collective bargaining rights. Supposedly, they are afraid they will lose pension and health benefits under the Walker administration, and their benefits will cost them more. The Patriot suggested that this could not possibly be true and asked me to look into it. And so I did. Here’s the truth.

The practice is common, is not limited to New Berlin, is not limited to WI, and is not limited to teachers. It is happening in almost every state and involves all types of government workers and has been going on for years.

Baltimore, Maryland - 13 principals retired one day with full retirement benefits and were rehired the next day earning full wages and benefits.

Deer Park, Ohio – 4 teachers and administrators retired with full retirement benefits and were rehired to next day earning full wages and benefits.

Fort Kent, Maine – superintendant retires and gets rehired the next day citing changes to the state’s retirement system as his reason for “retiring.”

Salon, Ohio – 12 teachers retire one day, are rehired the next day, but thanks to Ohio State Teacher Retirement rules, these new “rehires” cannot start their “rehired” job until Sept. 1 or they would take a hit on their retirement benefits. When Ohio schools started the last week in August, guess how the school district had to fill those 12 classrooms? They had to hire substitute teachers for the first week of the school year. First graders, kindergarteners, special education students, science, social studies, German, Spanish, in all of these classes and more, the students did not meet their “real” teacher until after 9/1. Pardon Me?? A substitute teacher for the entire first week of school? This sounds like “it’s for the kids,” doesn’t it? Of course, this “rule” was negotiated by the Ohio Teachers’ Union in their contract.

Hartford, CN – A college chancellor retires on day 1 and is retired on day 2, boosting his income by 40%.

Seattle, WA – 2,000 public employees are collecting government wages and government pensions at the same time after retiring and rehiring.

The practice is known as double-dipping and is common practice throughout the country and in all areas of government employment despite some states prohibiting it. While the rules vary from state to state, the states that do say “no” most often do not enforce their own laws against it. The "rehirees" increase their income by anywhere from 25% - 75%, overnight, just by saying "I retire."

In Wisconsin there was a 92% increase in public employees retiring over the same period last year. The most cited reason for “early retirement” was “to avoid paying more for health and retirement benefits.” Last year 841 WI public employees, including teachers and administrators, retired and were immediately rehired – double-dipping to the max.

The intention of the laws that allow this was to help with employee and teacher shortages. But the “intention” doesn’t matter to those who work the system for personal gain. There are reports of principals and government administrators making sweetheart deals with their favorite employees. If you’re not on the A List you may not get rehired. But if you are on the A List, you get a verbal pre-arrangement before you announce your retirement.

Teacher/employee retire-rehire has become the drug of choice for public employees, and shameless cronyism is rampant. This double-dip policy is a temptation the crazy-like-a-fox crowd simply can't refuse.

And in the meantime, new graduates with teaching degrees cannot find teaching jobs and our unemployment rate remains over 9%.

Cost to school districts and government? Unknown. The argument is “no cost” because the vacant “retired” position would have to be filled by hiring another employee anyway. True, but all of these retirees are at the top of their pay and benefit scale. They would be replaced with employees newly entering public employment whom would be at the bottom of the pay/benefit scale. Since Americans nationwide cough up extraordinary amounts of money for these double-dippers, the savings to taxpayers is potentially huge.

There is the argument that this practice is common in the private sector also. But who cares? The taxpayers are not paying the costs of Retire/Rehire in the private sector. Private businesses can do whatever they want with their Retiring/Rehiring employees. There’s no public money involved.

So there you have it, the real truth about the Retire - Rehire scam.

Want my advice? Don’t chip in too much for the office “Retirement” gift. It appears the only real “gift” is “Rehire.”

MORE THANKS GOV. WALKER AND THE REPUBLICANS

Here's another story about how the Walker Budget Bill containing the collective bargaining changes has benefited a community. Oh, my gosh, it's Dane County, home of the most liberal population, most liberal political system and most liberal court system in the State of WI and maybe nationwide with the exception of California. But Walker's Budget Bill has no favorites. All taxpayers are benefiting.

Dane County has an $8 million deficit in their 2012 budget, but now thanks to a new 5-year reduced premium agreement with their insurer and additional premiums paid by their employees, Dane County has saved over one million dollars. Does anyone think this would have happened had the Demobrats remained in control of Madison? Gee, it's amazing, isn't it? The Republican bill that sparked 6 recall elections is turning out to be a real money saver for lots of municipalities and school districts. Thank you to everyone who worked hard and voted to keep at least four Republicans in Madison. Hopefully after today's polling (two Democrat recall elections) there will be more Republicans sent to Madison.

BOYCOTT BOO BOO & RECALL FIZZLE

GREAT ARTICLE BY RICHARD MOORE OF THE LAKELAND TIMES ABOUT WHY THE UNION "BOYCOTT" OF WI BUSINESS HAS FAILED. IT ALSO TALKS EXTENSIVELY ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE EFFORTS TO RECALL REPUBLICAN SENATORS. THE BRIGHT FLASH OF THE BOYCOTT AND RECALL FIRE HAS BEEN REDUCED TO A SMOLDERING PILE OF MANURE. CLICK HERE TO READ THE LATEST ON THE BOYCOTT AND THE RECALL
