FUZZY MATH & OBAMA QUOTE OF THE YEAR!

"We're actually producing more oil here than ever." Sounds, good, Huh? But beware, these are the words of Mr. O, a liar without shame. Here are the real facts according to EIA data.

In 1970 the U.S. produced 9.6 million barrels per day. In 2010 we produced 5.5 million barrels per day. That's a DECLINE of 4.1 mbpd. And here's a trivia fact for you. In 1970 the U.S. population was 203,392,031. Today it is 308,745,538. In 1970 we were producing 43% more oil with more than 100 million fewer people using it.

But Mr. O continues to tout the lie that his administration has increased oil production. He says that under his administration U. S. oil production from the Gulf of Mexico has increased by more than a third. FACT OR FICTION? The EIA says that it takes about 3 years to reap the reward of development drilling. And if you are starting from scratch, new leases, new wells, it could take about 5 years to get gas to the pumps.

So figure it out. Any increase in oil production from 2008-2010 is directly due to action that predates Mr. O's tenure in office. And he has taken no major action to expand offshore drilling since he's been in office. In fact, he shut it down in the Gulf with a "moratorium" and he shut it down in Alaska by refusing to issue permits. For the record Obama has done everything he could to prevent American oil production. Remember his campaign promise? "Under my energy plan fuel prices will necessarily increase." He told you what he was going to do, and he's done it. And you voted for him anyway. Do you like paying $4 per gallon for gas? Thank you, Mr. O.

And now he wants to take credit for increased production? He is fraudulently taking credit for something done by Bush, and he knows it.

The real proof of his energy policy (or lack of one) will be seen in 2011 and 2013, the 3-5 year lag. The EIA says oil production is projected to go DOWN in 2011 to 5.4 mbpd and in 2012, again down to 5.27 mbpd. This is a direct result of no coherent energy policy in Mr. O's White House.

And now the greatest bluff of all from the most dishonest president to ever occupy the White House. Mr. O is now, suddenly telling his administration to "ramp up" U.S. oil production by extending existing leases in the Gulf and off the coast of Alaska. Do you think he's doing this now because the Republicans in the House have passed 3 bills that would expand and speed offshore oil and gas drilling? The White House has already announced its opposition to all three bills, but now Mr. O has agreed to "adopt" a few of these provisions so he can take credit for "ramping up" production.

But look out, he isn't finished yet. Ye wants to do away with what he calls oil company "subsidies." He obviously doesn't understand the difference between a subsidy and a tax code. The oil companies use the same tax codes used by every American company, no more, no less. If Mr. O get his way and actually prohibits American oil companies from utilizing existing tax codes, look out, America. More lost jobs, and higher pump prices. Does Obama really think the oil companies won't pass on their loss to the public? That's what all companies do. They lose money, they make it up in higher prices. The public pays one way or another, Mr. O. Where the heck are your economic advisers? And why isn't Obama chastizing GE who paid no 2010 taxes? Oh, I forgot, GE is Obama's buddy. Nice to be on the Buddy System, don't you think?

I believe Mr. O finally figured it out: NO DRILLING, NO VOTES! He is traveling the country telling massive lies, knowing that the most Left leaning ideological media propaganda machine that ever existed, won't report the truth, they'll only repeat his distortions and lies. I just hope you don't fall for it again.

SUBSIDY VS. GRANT - AN EASY EXPLANATION

Have you heard the left and even the right yowling about taking away the oil company "subsidies?" Here's an explanation of what a subsidy is. I believe the government is purposely redefining the term "subsidy." They are creating confusion over what the word "subsidy" has historically meant. A "subsidy" is something GIVEN to companies, like outright grants, a gift of money. That is what the green energy companies are getting right now from both federal and state governments. GRANTS, GIFTS, HERE IT IS, SPEND IT TO PUSH A POLITICAL AGENDA, GREEN ENERGY.

The oil companies, and hundreds of thousands of other big and small companies, do not get "subsidies" or "grants" for the production of fossil fuels. They get nothing more than accelerated depreciation, and the oil companies also get depletion breaks. The "subsidies" are nothing more than tax breaks, not gifts. And the government has forever used them to mold public policy like pushing wind and solar and green cars. By the way, ALL U.S. COMPANIES qualify for the depreciation breaks made available by tax law. And if you believe "these big companies do NOT pay their fair share of taxes," remember, Obama's pal, GE, has admitted they paid nothing. They took advantage of available tax breaks.

But Exxon oil, according to their first quarter filed reports, had a net profit of 10 billion dollars on 114 billion dollars in gross revenue. That is a profit margin of 9%, up very slightly from their last report. About 3% of Exxon's oil business is in the U.S. For every gallon of fuel they manufacture in the U.S. they earned 2 cents. That's not a typo. It is two cents. So while Exxon Mobile gets 2 cents from each gallon of gas, the federal and state governments take in between 40-60 cents in taxes. See who gets the biggest share of the fuel "pie?" It isn't the oil companies.

The real reason we have $4 per gallon gas and rising is the Feds printing money and monetizing the U. S. debt. That action, which I believe has never been done in the U. S., causes intense out of control inflation. That and the fact that Obama has virtually shut down oil production in the Gulf and Alaska. Do you remember during the campaign when Obama said because of his energy policies "energy prices would necessarily skyrocket." Looks like he meant it.

There is no one to blame for the price of gas except Obama and the Federal Reserve puppet Bernanke. But don't expect the increase in the price of fuel and food to show up in the "accurate" inflation figures coming out of Washington. In case you didn't know, the Washington number crunchers responsible for reporting the real inflation number don't include fuel and food in their calculations. What does that tell you about the accuracy and intelligence of the Washington calculators?

OBAMA LIED, OIL DIED IN ALASKA

Yesterday Shell Oil announced that is must scrap efforts to drill for oil in the Arctic Ocean off the Alaskan coast. The Reason? Obama's EPA Environmental Appeals Board is refusing to issue air permits to Shell.

Shell has spent 5 years and $4 billion getting ready to drill for oil in the Alaskan waters. The estimated 27 billion barrels of oil represents 2 1/2 times more oil than has flowed down the Alaskan pipeline in the last 30 years. Because production on the North Slope of Alaska is declining at about 7% a year, and the pipeline is currently carrying 1/3 of its capacity, the pipeline will have to shut down at some point. The Shell drilling plan was intended to produce enough oil to keep the Alaskan Pipeline open for decades to come.

The reason the EPA-EAB said NO? They believe that "emissions from an ice-breaking vessel may cause greenhouse gas emissions" from the project. The closest village, Kaktovik, Alaska, is one of the most remote places in the U.S. The population is 245, the village is 1 square mile, and it is 70 miles away from the proposed off-shore drilling site.

The EAB issuing this rule has four members. All are registered Democrats, and one of the members, Kathie Stein, was an activist attorney for the Environmental Defense Fund prior to being appointed to the EAB. That tells you all you need to know about her. Members of the EAB are appointed by the EPA administrator, who is appointed by Obama.

So the next time you fill your vehicle with gas, thank Rogue Obama and his soldiers. Be sure to place the blame where it belongs. Don't be fooled by the Justice Department committee he's appointing to make sure the American people don't get scammed by someone on Wall Street, you know, speculators, oil companies, hedge funds, etc. Obama lies. He knows it isn't their fault. After all, he passed the Financial Reform bill that was supposed to stop Wall Street shenanigans.

And don't be swayed by the "record profits" the oil companies are making. Their profit margin is around 7.4%, not an unreasonable expectation for a company. While the profit margin on an IPad is about 46%, just to put things in perspective (yes, forty six percent). If PBO goes after the oil companies for excess profits, what do you think he should do to Apple? Oh, probably nothing, Apple and Steve Jobs are HUGE contributors to the Democrats and Obama in particular.

The biggest scammer in Washington is Obama, the Let's Kill Oil King. This action sanctioned by PBO himself, along with the Print More Money policy of Bernanke and PBO, will drive investments, oil production and many, many thousands of jobs overseas. Then we can get out the checkbook and write a great big American check to purchase what we should be drilling for right here. And in the meantime, thousands more will have to draw unemployment because Obama has failed miserably at creating any jobs except to hire 200,000 more robots in Washington.

And while this Kill Oil action is taking place, all of us will continue to Pay At The Pump. Just wait until it gets to $5 or more per gallon.

THE GREAT DOUBLE SHUFFLE

So here's Joe Miller, great conservative candidate running for the Senate from Alaska. He managed to defeat the Republican incumbent, Lisa Murkowski, in the primary, after which Ms. Murkowski resolved not to run as a write-in. But she lied. She is running as a write-in. No honor from her court.

Because Lisa M. and the Dems are running behind Joe, Ms. M and the Dems petitioned the courts to force Joe to release his employment records from a law firm he used to work for. And the court said oh, yes, Joe, you MUST make public your employment record. So he did.

What's the DOUBLE SHUFFLE you ask? This is it. Many people and groups have been trying to get lots of courts nationwide to force It's-None-Of-Your-Business Obama to make public his birth certificate, college and work records. So far no court in the land has said oh, yes, Barack Hussein, you MUST make these things public. So he hasn't. And he's the President, someone we have the right to know these things about.

Better yet, his Supreme Court nominee Kagen, when she was Solicitor General, routinely dismissed lawsuits and petitions requesting this information. Shot them down post haste. Her appointment to the Supreme Court? Payola Big Time.

DOUBLE SHUFFLE, DOUBLE STANDARD? You be the judge.

SEN. LISA MURKOWSKI, SORE LOSER

Alaska Sen. Murkowski, handily defeated in the Republican primary by Joe Miller, is refusing to go away. She has attacked Conservatives and Tea Party Express participants as "racist," "extremist," has called us "outsiders," and said we "hijacked the Republican Party." But I say if "hijacking" means saving the party from corrupt, failed, establishment liberals like her and Mike Castle in Delaware, then good for us!

This sitting U.S. Senator can call us anything she wants. I call us "We The People." We are loud, we are passionate, we are not going away, and we are not going to sit down and shut up.

And now she has announced that even though she lost in the primary, she is running as an Independent Party write in candidate for the Senate. Gee, Lisa, nice way to try to destroy the Republican Party that you've claimed to represent. You are a RINO and you just proved it.

When liberal candidates lose their primaries many leave the party and join the opposition or run as Independents. When conservatives lose their primaries they usually accept defeat and support the winner. Marlin Stutzman (IN) endorsed Dan Coats. Chuck DeVore (CA) endorsed Carly Fiorina, and Ovide Lamontagne (NH) endorsed Kelly Ayotte.

But when Arlen Spector (PA) was defeated he left the party. When Charlie Crist (FL) faced defeat he got in a snit, left the party and is running as an Independent. And now after being defeated Murkowski is having a temper tantrum and is running as an Independent. After her primary loss she stated she would not run as an Independent but would "return home." So much for her "WORD" meaning anything!

Murkowski's betrayal proves the voters of Alaska did the right thing by "Firing Her" the first time. And now they're going to have to do it again because apparently she didn't get the "YOU'RE FIRED" message.

I am confident that they will send Joe Miller to Washington because the alternative, sending Murkowski or some other liberal loon, is asking for more of the same big-government-spending-spit-on-our-Constitution government that we currently are stuck with.

ALASKA, WE ARE COUNTING ON YOU!

FREE SPEECH GONE IN ALASKA? YOU DECIDE!

The first day of the August 2010 Alaska State Fair in Palmer, Alaska brought out Sidney Hill, a disabled veteran, who was peacefully displaying a large "Impeach Obama" sign. Minutes later a crowd assembles, security forces arrive, an Alaska State Trooper arrives, and Mr. Hill is physically assaulted, taken to the ground, handcuffed, detained, arrested and hauled off to jail.

Mr. Hill was charged with Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Trespass.

Watch this video and form your own opinion about whether or not Mr. Hill was doing anything that should have resulted in his arrest.

Or was it the "Impeach Obama" sign that was his downfall?

People in attendance at the fair stated that Mr. Hill "was just walking around" and he "was peaceful until security personnel came after him."

Murkowski from Alaska Conceded to Miller

OUTSTANDING NEWS - JUST HAPPENED!


Tonight Senator Lisa Murkowski, R-AK, conceded the race for U.S. Senate to Conservative Republican Joe Miller. Murkowski is the incumbent Republican Senator from Alaska. She was challenged by Joe Miller, a Conservative. Murkowski thought she had the race locked up tight. And along came Joe! After the election last week Miller had a slight lead. Now the absentee ballots have been counted, and Murkowski conceded.

Now on to November where Miller will beat any Democrat running. One down in the Senate, many more to go!
