OBAMACARE FORCED YOU ON TO MEDICAID? BEWARE!!!

Medicaid eligibility is based on your INCOME, not ASSETS.  In other words, your ASSETS are not counted.  You can go on Medicaid for your health insurance no matter what your assets are.  Remember, Medicaid is the federal/state program for low INCOME Americans (I use the word Americans loosely because illegal immigrants are also receiving Medicaid through fraudulent claims.  And no one stops them.)

Here's the rub.  Obamacare requires everyone to have health insurance. In more than half of the states in the country, that comes through an expansion of Medicaid due to income qualification. Under a 1993 federal law states can recoup the costs of Medicaid by seizing the property of deceased Medicaid recipients.  The theory is if you are receiving a public benefit and the state is supporting you, when you die your estate will have to give back to the state the amount of money the state expended on your behalf while you were living. That is if you have assets.  

Millions of Americans are going to get caught up in the Estate Recovery rules.  Surprise, surprise, you are low income, you have assets, you get state help, you die, your estate pays back.  Simple enough!!

Now if you were a member of a Union, Gay, Muslim, a big business, a Democrat contributor, or a host of other groups, you and your estate would be exempt.  Just a lowly American?  Pay up!

Middle School Science teacher Andrew Harris views pornography on a school computer during class time, forwards the porn on to female teachers, gets fired, the teachers' union comes to his defense, four years later he gets reinstated and gets rich to the tune of $200,000.  He's now back in the classroom teaching middle school students in the same school district.  

Cost to the district?  Over a million dollars in legal fees, plus $200,000.

I wondered why the Middleton/Cross Plains teachers' union still had enough power to force (through a lawsuit) the district to pay a pervert $200,000 and reinstate his MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHING job. This explains it. MCP school board/district didn't take advantage of Wisconsin's ACT 10 to de-power the teachers' union. They entered into a contract containing most of the same powers available to the union prior to ACT 10. The School Board has no one to blame but themselves. If they had adopted the ACT 10 provisions they likely would not be in this stew. There were 6-7 teachers involved in this porn situation. Every single one of them should have been fired. Instead, union reps stepped in to save the day for them. What's a parent to do? Allow your middle school kids to be in a classroom with a pervert, porn-watching male teacher? And what about the other teachers involved in this? Do the parents know who they are so they can keep their kids away from them too? Short of home schooling there is no way to keep your kids away from these teachers,

thanks to the Union, the Middleton/Cross Plaines School Board and Administration.

A simple way to get rid of Andrew Harris is for the WI Department of Public Instruction to
yank his teaching certificate.

They were asked two years ago to do this.

SO FAR, THE WI DPI HAS FAILED TO RESPOND TO THE REQUEST.
