OPEN LETTER TO OBAMA: Mr. Obama, you were elected to protect our borders and defend our Constitution, amongst other things. So can you explain to me why you voluntarily tell the woman in this video that you do not want to deport illegal alien students? That you want them to succeed? Can you justify telling her that you have redesigned illegal alien enforcement practices to make sure we are focusing on criminals? Aren't "illegal aliens" criminals, all of them? Didn't they come here ILLEGALLY?
And why would you tell a reporter later that "we can strongly advocate and propose legislation that would change the law in order to make it more fair, more just, and ultimately would help young people who are here..." Don't you understand that Americans see them as being here illegally?? They are violating our LAWS, Mr. O.!
This video, Mr. O., and your subsequent words, defines for me why you have done nothing to close our southern border and why you continue to allow anyone and everything, including terrorists meaning to kill us, and life-destroying illegal drugs and weapons, to flow across our border. You advocate illegals ignoring deportation orders, but if I receive and ignore an IRS order I, a LEGAL AMERICAN, could go to prison. Mr. O., you are pathetic. And it will be pure joy for me and millions of other Constitution loving Americans to see you gone in 2012.

The Tyrant in The White House
This is an email I received. I don't know if the scenario is true, but the information about our government surely is. Whether or not it's true, I thought you'd all be interested in reading it and then give some thought to the real motives of our government. You think it can't happen here? Think Again! It's happening right now.
THE EMAIL:
This past July, we had the pleasure of sharing a summer barbecue with a refugee from Cuba. Our dinner conversation was starkly different than most.
This refugee came to the United States as a young boy in the early 1960s. His family was more fortunate than most as they were able to bring a suitcase and $100 when they fled Castro's newly formed revolutionary paradise.
Our dinner consisted of all-American fare: hamburgers, potato salad, watermelon and fresh ears of sweet corn. This is a menu shared with family and friends nationwide, while celebrating the birth of our beloved America on the Fourth of July.
We began with a simple discussion about our country and the direction it has taken since Barack Obama came to power. We shared the usual complaints about the sour economy and liberal social engineering emanating from the rulers in Washington.
But then he said it. The sentence came naturally. I assume it was unplanned. But it carried the weight of a freight train. "You know when Castro took power, none of us knew he was a Communist."
We sat stunned. He continued, "Yes, we all thought he was a patriot, a nationalist. Before the revolution he didn't sound like a radical."
The comparison at this point was easy, and I interjected, "You mean just like Barack Obama?" He responded, "Yes, just like Barack Obama."
He continued, "We were all shocked as the government just continued to grab more power. First they said the revolution is over, so please turn in your guns. We all complied."
"I remember my uncle saying after it started, 'Castro will only nationalize some of the big industries, he will never come and take our family hardware store. 'But that is exactly what happened, Castro started with the sugar mills and the large industries, but they eventually came and knocked on the door of our family hardware store. My family had run this store for generations. They said we now own the hardware store, you work for us. And that nice, large four-bedroom home you own, it is now our property also, and you can move yourself and five children into two rooms of the house because others are moving in with you."
The lesson learned from this discussion is a lesson most Americans refuse to hear. Political leaders can lie about their agenda and once in office they can take totally unexpected turns.
If you had asked us three years ago if we thought General Motors would be nationalized, we would have never believed it. We could never contemplate a country where the rule of law, the most fundamental building block of a justice society would be evaporating just like it did in Castro's Cuba in the early 1960s.
But the news of injustice keeps increasing. Black Panthers are not charged with wrongdoing by the U. S. Department of Justice because their crimes are against whites. The bondholders of GM are stripped of their assets without due process by the government. Governmental leaders are bribed in full daylight only to have all investigation of the crimes stifled by the Attorney General. The U. S. borders are overrun with crime and illegal activity and the leaders in D. C. act as if it is important to protect the lawbreakers while the innocent are killed and overrun. When local communities attempt to enforce the law, they are ridiculed and threatened as racists and bigots. They are sued by the very administration entrusted with enforcing the law.
Without the rule of law the U. S. Constitution is a sham.. Without the rule of law our beloved America is swiftly becoming a country where only the well connected and politically powerful will be safe. As Michelle Malkin has so eloquently explained in her recent book, a culture of corruption has replaced honest government.
The only way this problem will be fixed is by massive citizen action. All honest citizens that want to be treated equally must come together and demand that the favoritism, the bribes, the uneven enforcement of law end now. And yes, it can happen here.
May God save the United States of America !

HATE CRIME OR PATRIOTISM?
Remember when Cody Alicea from Denair, CA was prohibited from riding his bike to school with the American flag flying on the back of his bike? It was a big deal and all over the news at the time. What we never heard, though, was the outcome of the nationwide uproar. Well, here it is in video, from beginning to a great ending.
Young Cody rode to school with the flag on his bike because his grandfather was a WWII Veteran and Cody was very patriotic. But he was told by his principal to remove the flag from his bike. The principal's illogical reason was because when the Mexican flag was displayed during a school Cinco de Mayo celebration there was some turmoil, and he was afraid Cody flying the American flag might result in violence.
Well, excuse me! This is a classic example of politically correct corrupt officials running amok. The no-brains-in-their-heads officials need to know that we will stop you every single time you think you can get away with something as egregious as disallowing anyone to fly our American flag. This is, after all, in case you have forgotten, AMERICA!!
But just when I think we've gotten to the point where loving your nation is considered a "hate crime," along comes a slew of Veteran Bikers riding with Cody as he goes to school with the American flag flying proudly from his bike. Here are the videos that tell the Rest Of The Story. It will make you proud, for sure. And the so-called superintendent of Denair schools eventually apologized to Cody.
And for anyone in our country who thinks we should not be able to fly our American flag wherever and whenever we want to, GO HOME! You are not wanted here, nor are you needed.

WAIVER-MANIA -- ALIVE AND WELL
Obamacare haunted the 11-2-10 election, and it isn't going to go away gracefully by 2012, much as Obama wishes it would.
Fox News has found that buried deep in the HHS website is a report that Obama has granted 111 health care waivers to large companies and many unions that will exempt them from Obamacare. Unions such as SEIU, IBEW, IBUAP, teachers' union, over 350,000 union members exempt. Don't forget, the unions already got a big Cadillac care exemption when the bill was passed. AND IT'S PAYBACK TIME IN OBAMAVILLE AGAIN!
The criteria for a company to win a waiver? (a) whether their premiums would go up; (b) whether complying with the mandate would cut off their employees' access to health care.
Whoa, wait a minute. During the campaign Obama said he would not "coddle Wall Street at the expense of Main Street." But then he flips out and grants some of the largest companies in America health care reform waivers. That means these companies will not be subjected to his administrations biggest "accomplishment," Obamacare.
Sounds unfair? You decide. Small companies cannot afford to hire expensive lawyers and lobbyists to fight for their own waiver, so they will have to comply with the law. Americans who don't want to buy health care coverage? Too bad! The IRS punishes them with a big tax penalty if they don't comply with the law. How much has your premium gone up? 10%? 25%? 40%? Premiums up instead of down? Did Obama lie to us or did he just have no clue?
And here we go again, it's another huge job killer bill from Obama. These I'll-Give-You-A-Special-Deal-Waivers are indicative of how ill conceived this law was in the first place. Disastrous? You bet, but Pelosi claimed you had to pass it to see what was in it. Well, now we know. It's being written as we go. DISGRACEFUL? Yes, but very predictable.

DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS
In a Wed. press conference after the historic Democratic losses nationwide, Obama dismissed the suggestion that voters loudly spurned his entire agenda. He stated that had unemployment gone down to 5% the electorate would have LOVED Obamanomics.
Obama made an effort to act contrite. He attempted to be remorseful. He pretended to eat some humble pie. He even said the Dems took a "shellacking." But a phony is a phony is a phony no matter what sermon he's preaching. The deer-in-the-headlights-stare was alive and well. And I'm not buying any of it.
He is so far out of touch with the American electorate that he might as well be living on Mars. Obamanomics, Obamacare, TARP, stimulus plan, the buy outs, bail outs, give away programs, staggering government debt, the feds monetizing that debt, another $600 billion money-printing-bail-out trick today (in case you haven't heard about it yet), back-door deals, pay-to-play tricks, sleazy politics, union deals -- But Obama thinks the "shellacking" was because of unemployment.
Today the Old-New CA Governor Jerry Brown said Americans just may have to get used to high unemployment and those people who have jobs will have to pay for a big share of the population to just sit round and collect checks. And this is what passes for the Democrat's vision for the future. Hey, California, are you happy with your Old-New Governor's plan to create jobs?
The last two years were excruciating arrogance and I-don't-care-what-the-voters-want, and the next two years look like they will be excruciating stupidity and I-don't-care-what-the-voters-want.

SHOVEL READY JOBS? YEAH, YOU BETCH'A
Well, well, Obama fessed up yesterday. He believes there is no such thing as a "shovel-ready job."
But wait, you say, wasn't "shovel-ready" jobs one of Obama's and the Dem's main selling points while shoving the stimulus package down our throats? That's all we heard on TV was how the almost $1 trillion will go immediately to "shovel-ready" jobs and will so stimulate the economy that unemployment won't go above 8.5%. In fact, Obama pledged that his "bold agenda" of "shovel-ready projects" would create 2.5 million new jobs. I got so sick of hearing the "shovel-ready" term that I wanted to hit someone with a shovel! Because I didn't believe a word of it.
And months later when the economy hadn't started to turn around Obama said it again. And months after that he bragged about it again stating that stimulus money helped fund "100 shovel-ready projects.... which are beginning to create jobs." And Biden's hum-drum has been the same spurious deception.
But after 2 years and unemployment not moving under 9.5%, and probably more like 17% when under employed and the aren't-looking-anymore are counted, Obama finally admits his own Stupidity. Or is it his Lack of Experience? Or maybe he's just Inept?

We Doubters knew it all along. Want my opinion? I think the Pretender President should be impeached and tried for treason. He's not fit to be a dog catcher, much less the President of the U.S. He ran for office trying to convince the American public he had a brain. He obviously doesn't.

Great, great painting and video by Jon McNaughton. Very short video, but very powerful. Jon is a man of great courage and conviction. Against a darkening sky he paints the White House where all Presidents of the U.S. gather. On the left hand side he paints a dejected American. Many of the Presidents are trying to comfort him, while seemingly asking the question of the others, "What are you doing?" Note the trash in the portrait, the crinkled currency, the documents, and the U.S. Constitution under the foot of Obama.

TAX TSUNAMI # 1 - DEATH TAX TO DIE FOR
On January 1, 2011, the largest tax hikes in the history of America will take effect and drive us deep into a depression. You think unemployment of 9.6% is high? Just wait 6 months. It will be higher, much higher.
These taxes will affect EVERYONE, families, farmers, seniors, small businesses, and big businesses, so don't let the political cronies in Washington try to tell you that they will affect "only the rich." That is an outright LIE, and they know it.
FIRST TAX TSUNAMI: Expiration of the 2001/2003 Tax Relief Act (referred to as the Bush Tax Cuts). In those years the GOP controlled Congress enacted many tax cuts for investors, small businesses and families. They will all expire on January 1. This is what it means to you, middle income average Americans already struggling to support your families, and to you, seniors living on a fixed income.
PERSONAL INCOME TAX RATES WILL RISE. It's the truth. Don't listen to the denials coming out of the mouths of the propagandists in Washington. The top rate increases from 35% to 39.6%. The lowest rate increases from 10% to 15%. All rates in between will also increase as indicated in this chart.
10% rises to 15%
25% rises to 28%
28% rises to 31%
33% rises to 36%
35% rises to 39.6%
No matter where you currently fall in this rate structure, your taxes are going UP, families, seniors, small and large businesses, everyone.
Itemized deductions and personal exemptions will phase out, which has the same effect as higher tax rates. You lower exemptions and deductions? You pay more taxes, simple enough math even for the Washington idiots who are going to allow this to happen. Oh, I almost forgot, many of the people currently running the Washington machine are "tax cheats." They don't care that we will pay more so they can cheat and pay less.
The "Marriage Penalty" will return from the first dollar of income, meaning married couples will pay higher tax on the same income as a single person does. Sure seems fair, doesn't it?
The Standard Deduction will no longer be doubled for married couples relative to the single person deduction.
The Child Tax Credit of $1000 will return to the pre-2001/2003 rate of $500. Pay attention, anyone who has children. The reduction in this credit will cost you dearly, $500 less for each child you have. Sure hope you didn't have your 2010 payroll withholding figured based on getting $1000 credit for each child. If so, you may be in for a big surprise when you prepare your 2010 return. It could mean the difference between you getting a refund at the end of the year, or owing Uncle Sam money at the end of the year.
The Dependent Care and Adoption Tax Credits will be cut drastically.
And another Big One, the return of the Death Tax.
Under the 2001/2003 Tax Relief Act the Death Tax was phased out. But it's coming back Big Time. Starting 1/1 the rate goes to 55% on estates over $1 million. If you have two homes, a retirement account, a business, business real estate, a farm, investment properties, rentals, stocks, bonds, savings, any combination of these could easily put you over $1 million. After 1/1/2011 your heirs may have to sell your assets, the farm, the business, etc., just to pay the Death Tax. Even if the farm or business is their livelihood, too bad, Uncle Sam is going to want up to 55% of its value over $1 million upon your death.
Here is an easy calculation. Let's say your estate is worth $1.5 million. The half million over the $1 million is subject to 55% tax. You will owe $275,000 in cash to the government, 55% of the value of the assets over $1 million. That will be your estate tax. Can you just "write a check" to cover this. Not likely. Assets would have to be sold quickly at fire sale prices just to cover the tax. This is why the Death Tax Phase Out was included in the 2001/2003 Tax Relief Act in the first place. It is patently unfair to tax someone literally To Death after they have paid taxes on all they have while they were alive. So if you are going to DIE, do it NOW before January 1.
And the last part of the FIRST TAX TSUNAMI?
Capital Gains Tax will rise from 15% to 20%. (Don't dare sell anything that creates a Capital Gain or it will cost you)
Dividend Tax will rise from 15% to 39.6% in 2011 and rise again to 43.4 in 2013. (Don't receive any dividends from stocks, bonds, etc. or it will cost you over double) This is especially onerous to seniors who are living on the dividends from investments. This will affect millions of Baby Boomers about to retire.
And let me add that this is just the FIRST TAX TSUNAMI coming at us on 1/1/2011. I will bring you more information in later blogs on the subject of additional taxes we are facing in 2011.

The reduction in this credit will cost you dearly, $500 less for each child you have. Sure hope you didn't have your 2010 payroll withholding figured based on getting $1000 credit for each child. If so, you may be in for a big surprise when you prepare your 2010 return. It could mean the difference between you getting a refund at the end of the year, or owing Uncle Sam money at the end of the year.
The Dependent Care and Adoption Tax Credits will be cut drastically.
And another Big One, the return of the Death Tax.
Under the 2001/2003 Tax Relief Act the Death Tax was phased out. But it's coming back Big Time. Starting 1/1 the rate goes to 55% on estates over $1 million. If you have two homes, a retirement account, a business, business real estate, a farm, investment properties, rentals, stocks, bonds, savings, any combination of these could easily put you over $1 million. After 1/1/2011 your heirs may have to sell your assets, the farm, the business, etc., just to pay the Death Tax. Even if the farm or business is their livelihood, too bad, Uncle Sam is going to want up to 55% of its value over $1 million upon your death.
Here is an easy calculation. Let's say your estate is worth $1.5 million. The half million over the $1 million is subject to 55% tax. You will owe $275,000 in cash to the government, 55% of the value of the assets over $1 million. That will be your estate tax. Can you just "write a check" to cover this. Not likely. Assets would have to be sold quickly at fire sale prices just to cover the tax. This is why the Death Tax Phase Out was included in the 2001/2003 Tax Relief Act in the first place. It is patently unfair to tax someone literally To Death after they have paid taxes on all they have while they were alive. So if you are going to DIE, do it NOW before January 1.
And the last part of the FIRST TAX TSUNAMI?
Capital Gains Tax will rise from 15% to 20%. (Don't dare sell anything that creates a Capital Gain or it will cost you)
Dividend Tax will rise from 15% to 39.6% in 2011 and rise again to 43.4 in 2013. (Don't receive any dividends from stocks, bonds, etc. or it will cost you over double) This is especially onerous to seniors who are living on the dividends from investments. This will affect millions of Baby Boomers about to retire.
And let me add that this is just the FIRST TAX TSUNAMI coming at us on 1/1/2011. I will bring you more information in later blogs on the subject of additional taxes we are facing in 2011.

9-11. IT WAS MURDER PLAIN AND SIMPLE!
Tomorrow marks nine years since over 3,000 Americans were "murdered" at Ground Zero. They were innocent people who were murdered in cold blood by lunatics hiding behind the label Islamic Jihadist and justifying their reprehensible actions because they believe anyone not of their "faith" is considered an infidel and should be destroyed. And their "faith," by the way, is Islam.
We all know and will never forget where we were nine years ago. We also remember the horror we felt as we saw the Twin Towers come down, people jumping from windows to their absolute death, the fire fighters, policemen, Americans helping Americans to safety, the gray clouds of toxic dust come rolling down the streets of New York engulfing everything and everyone in its path, the plane crash in the field, Todd Beamer's command to "Let's Roll. The images are seared forever into our minds.
Americans wept, Americans hurt, Americans were brought to their knees. And then Americans came together, got angry, picked themselves up, and went on the offensive. Americans named the enemy, and that enemy was and forever remains Islam, a religion that calls for the destruction of non-believers. Educate yourself on the Koran. It is eye-opening.
Today we are still fighting these murderers. It is ugly, it is hard, and it is taking a long time. We are winning this war, but war is not a board game with rules. It would enable our troops to end this war if the leftist apologists and Obama would allow our troops to do what they are trained to do so well and stop hampering their success with ridiculous rules of engagement that have prevented them from winning this war by any and all means possible.
We have allowed the political agenda of the liberals to circumvent the entire process of a military force, changing their mission from "defense" of our nation into "nation building" and painting targets on their collective backs by not allowing them to conduct the war to win it. Sacrificing American military lives for politics is reprehensible.
Today we are still under attack not only by unknown Jihadists, but also by powerful elected officials who say we have to accept Islam as a fact of life, and we should allow them to build their victory memorial on the ground where they murdered our neighbors. We are told that if we don't allow them to do this they will stay mad at us. We are told that there will be "grave" consequences if this isn't resolved satisfactorily, meaning if they can't build it, we are dead. Sure sounds like a peaceful religion, doesn't it?
Denying people an appropriate place to worship goes against the Constitution we all love, but somewhere between the law and lunacy comes common sense. And common sense dictates if you continue to allow people to threaten you, murder you, and then use your own laws to reach their ultimate goal of destroying you, your laws, your country, your future, and your beliefs, then it becomes a case of sheer stupidity.
When we go along to get along, and of course, be politically correct, and we back off because a "religion" says if we move their victory mosque one brick down the street from where they want it they will be "forced" to kill us, then we become complicit in the further destruction of America.
Remember, this victory mosque wants to be built by a religion that blows up women, children and innocents, flies planes into buildings, bombs train stations and night clubs, sets off car bombs, stones women who committed the act of wearing comfortable shoes, believes in female genital mutilation, beheads people of their own religion and others for whatever justification they can find, believes in "Honor Killings," the right to kill a wife/girlfriend/daughter if they don't do exactly as the man dictates.
This is a religion that burns Bibles and the American Flag with impunity but then kills innocent people because cartoons/pictures/articles about Islam that they don't like are printed in various publications. This is a religion that threatens us if even one American tries to burn the Koran or because 70% of Americans say "NO" to their victory mosque being built where they murdered us. Is this really "tolerance," "sanity" and "reason?"
Mr. Obama and others say they have an absolute Constitutional right to build the victory mosque anywhere they want, but the same Mr. Obama says it is wrong to burn the Koran. So which is it, Mr. Obama? If you believe the Constitution gives them the right to build it at Ground Zero, then the same Constitution gives someone the right to burn the Koran. I believe it's called the First Amendment. I personally think that neither should happen, but if one is Constitutionally protected, then so is the other.
The only thing that can stop the certain progression of an Islamic takeover of America (look at what is happening in Europe right now) is We The People standing up, standing tall, standing united and saying as loud as we can, "No, We will never surrender to tyranny or to terror, and will will not let you have our country."
To save America each and every one of us who cares about our safety, our freedom and our security has to speak out loudly, clearly and consistently. We have to de-elect anyone who does not take seriously this fight for our Constitutional rights of liberty, security and the future of this Great Nation.

GLENN BECK RALLY SUCCESS
Glenn Beck was the star at his "Restoring Honor" event at the Lincoln Memorial last week.
Between 300,000 to 500,000 Americans made the pilgrimage to Washington to attend. Beck's focus was on restoring faith and on the sacrifices of Americans serving in our Military. Beck urged Americans to live according to the Christian virtues of Faith, Hope, Charity. He urged people to attend and bring their children and he instructed his TV and radio audiences to "leave your signs at home." This "has nothing to do with politics; it has everything to do with God."
A variety of speakers and religious leaders left the crowd in mostly silent respect. The crowd itself included veterans, parents, disabled Americans, people of all ages and, contrary to the main stream media's report, attendees of many races and ethnicities.
The end of the event was highlighted by over 200 clergy from all religions linking arms on stage and praying for America. Many attendees interviewed after the rally stated that it was a profound spiritual uniting event. Many were moved to tears.

Cost of Government Day
Do you know what Cost of Government Day is? That's the day on which the average American has earned enough money to pay off his/her share of the spending and regulatory burdens imposed by our governing and taxing entities at the federal, state and local level. Basically, it's your share of the taxes you have to pay to the governments in one way or another.
For 2010 the COGD fell yesterday on August 19. Isn't that pathetic?? You have worked 7 1/2 months to pay a myriad of taxes that cover the costs imposed by government. This year the COGD fell 8 days later than 2009 and a whopping 34 days later than 2008.
I will calculate it for you so you don't have to. That means in 2010 the cost of government consumed 63.41 percent of the income of you and every American.
Cost of Government Day serves as a stark reminder of the growing burden government places on Americans. For any Obama backers who insist the middle class has paid "no new taxes" under his reign, you are very wrong. The Refinance Train Wreck
Just in time for the November elections, Obama has proposed to "refinance" 15 million mortgages that are currently under water. Cost? 800 billion dollars. Also contained within the proposal is a plan to relax qualifying standards for home loans so people who don't qualify suddenly qualify. Isn't that what got us into the current housing mess?
I believe the American public is too smart to fall for this. Nothing is "free." The fun and games must end. Someone has to pay for this, and it won't be the "rich," it will be our kids and grandkids. This is a carrot being dangled in front of you, but it will enslave future generations to outrageous taxes. It's a slow motion train wreck waiting for the crash, and the crash is guaranteed to happen. Don't Fall For This At Election Time! Please!!

Legal vs. Illegals vs. Obama
Rush just received a call from an American citizen whose wife is from the Ukraine. She has been in the US with him for 10 years completing her PHd. She applied for US citizenship 10 years ago. She has now completed her PHd and wants to stay here while her citizenship process is completed (10 years and counting). There is some arcane rule about people like her having to return to their "home country" for "two years" before completion of US citizenship. You can apply for a waiver to this rule. Since they have made their home in the US, her husband is a citizen of the US, and her paperwork is in the process of being completed they applied for a waiver. They were denied based on the fact that they have too small of a debt load (she worked and paid for her education, didn't get student loans/grants, thus saving us taxpayers lots of bucks), neither of them is handicapped, and therefore, no waiver. She must leave the US for two years, and her husband will, of course, go with her. She must go to the "end of the line." So let me make sure I've got this right. A highly educated PHd with little or no debt has to leave the country but the uneducated illegals can come across our borders at will and we have to support them in every way? Thus says Obama and Congress and ICE. Bring on November, I am ready!
