*g. The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than than we did in 1977. You had 36 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.*

THE PRIVATE SECTOR IS DOING JUST FINE! IS HE CRAZY?

This week Obama put his size 12’s right into his mouth when he proclaimed “The Private Sector Is Doing Just Fine.”  Oh, Really?  Here are the stats.  December 2006 was the last time the Republicans controlled all 3 branches of government:  Presidency, House and Senate.  Control of the House and Senate was turned over to the Democrats on January , 2007.   On that date control of the economy went to the Dems.  Remember, Sir Obama was in the Senate at that time.  Where is the country now with job creation?  We are DOWN almost 4 million jobs since the Dems took over the economy in January 2007.    CHECK IT OUT HERE

Now that may seem like Doing Just Fine to Mr. Ivory Tower in the White House, but tell that to the millions of Americans who have lost their jobs, who cannot find work, have given up looking, have lost their homes, are living on the streets or with relatives, and are just trying to figure out how they are going to feed and clothe their kids for one more day. 

Mr. Everything’s Fine then followed up his unbelievably stupid comment with another brainless, dim-witted, daft statement.  Geesh, I wonder if this guy has anything in that narrow space between his ears.  He said, are you ready??  We need more jobs in the federal and state government, like cops, teachers and firefighters.  Well, that’s sure going to solve our out of control debt problem!

At his Economic Press Conference he lists his solutions to our economic woes.  Solutions like the government making more “investments” on behalf of we lowly Americans, government sponsoring infrastructure projects (that worked well the last time, remember “shovel ready projects?”).  Oh, don’t forget “stabilizing the banks” because it was such a success when Big Brother Government stepped in to save “too big to fail.”   I suppose we could bail out more bankrupt companies or invest in more failing green energy bloopers.  Mr. Keynesian actually said if Republicans wanted to “be helpful” and allow the country to “move forward” they’d get on board with his big spending programs.  Yes, that means more debt for our kids and grandkids, but who cares in the White House?  No one is counting.  They don’t know how to add two and two.  

The guy in the White House has completely lost his grip on economic reality.  He is lying about the number of jobs he has created, and he knows it.  He is stupid beyond measure, completely out of his mind or utterly delusional -- or any combination of the above.  The claim of "insanity" comes to mind, and that would be very fitting.  Five More Months, Five More Months.

MEANWHILE BACK AT THE WHITE HOUSE --

Did you hear Obama’s State of the Union (campaign) speech this week? Maybe you did, but I watched the first 5 minutes, and that’s all I could stomach. I turned it off after I heard the first reference to “fair share.” I wondered how long it would take for him to get to those two words, and it sure didn’t take long. Turns out he made half a dozen references to his favorite slogan, no surprise there.

But wait, shouldn’t fairness begin at home? An IRS report just out reveals that 36 of President Obama’s executive office staff owe the country $833,970 in back taxes. The Mr. Fair Share-hired-workforce hasn’t paid any taxes, much less their “fair share.”


These Tax Dodger Obama cohorts can’t exactly claim poverty as a reason for not paying their taxes. Reports show that the Obama White House staff includes 457 aides earning more than $37 million last year. That’s up nearly $4 million from the Bush administration’s last year.


More stats for your reading pleasure? One-third of Obama’s aids make more than $100,000 per year, with 21 being paid the top White House salary of $172,200 each. That’s an extremely high wage for anyone, lots of moolah, especially with 20 million Americans unemployed.


And there’s lots more “fair share” to go around. Turns out that the 25,640 U. S. Postal service employees owe nearly $270 million. Employees in the U. S. Senate and the House of Representatives owe more than $10 million. Military personnel owe more than $100 million.


The bottom line as reported by the IRS report is postal workers, congressional staffers, military personnel and federal workers, both active and retired, owe $3,420,168,684 in unpaid taxes for 2010. Yes, that’s over $3 billion. This is an increase of more than 3 percent over the previous year.


When Mr. Fair Share continually castigates the “rich” for paying exactly what the current law says they should, he sounds like an uninformed buffoon. He should concentrate on getting his own White House employees and all other federal employees to pay the “fair share” they currently owe. Collecting $3 billion in back taxes would certainly help in improving our budget picture.


Obama talks about wanting more tax breaks for the middle class. Well, I call this one HUGE tax break for federal employees. If you don’t pay your taxes, that’s a tax break. But if the rest of us didn’t pay our taxes we’d be sitting in front of a federal judge, bingo-bango. Turbo Tax Cheat Timothy Geithner should be instructing the IRS to go get ‘em, now! Oh, I forgot. Turbo Timmy is also a tax cheat.

CZAR APPOINTMENTS ON STEROIDS!


Mr. I-Refuse-To-Take-No-For-An-Answer is at it again. Oh, how quickly The Head Czar forgets what he said in 2008. And I quote, “This is part of the whole theory of George Bush that he can make laws as he is going along. I disagree with that. I taught the Constitution for 10 years. I believe in the Constitution, and I will obey the Constitution of the United States.“ Obviously He didn’t teach Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution. He has no understanding of it.


Article 2 talks about the president’s power to fill vacancies during the recess of the Senate. All well and good, except the Senate is not in recess. Article I, Section 5 states that neither House shall without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days.” Article 1, Sec. 5 was defined by the Clinton Justice Department in 1993 to mean that Congress must remain adjourned for at least three days before the adjournment constitutes a “recess” for the purposes of the recess appointment power. In 2010 Obama’s Solicitor General, Elena Kagen, agreed with the 1993 DOJ ruling.


In a nutshell, a president can only “recess appoint” when the Senate has adjourned for more than three days, and the Senate cannot adjourn for more than three days without the consent of the House. House Speaker Boehner has properly withheld consent for the Senate to adjourn, meaning the Senate is NOT IN RECESS. Such a simple concept, yet so hard for the Head Czar to understand. He obviously doesn’t grasp what our Constitution means.


So now he recess appoints Richard Cordray as the nation’s chief consumer watchdog, head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Obama wants this appointment in place to implement provisions of the Dodd Frank bill. The Republicans don’t want an appointment to this position at all until the powers of the position are changed. The CFPB, as written in Dodd Frank, is one of the least accountable and most powerful agencies in Washington. It is subject to no checks and balances and will have unprecedented reach and control over every consumer financial transaction. It will be funded out of Federal Reserve operations and thus will not be subject to congressional appropriates, avoiding any congressional oversight. All of this power is vested in ONE individual with no board, no commission and no Legislative branch overseeing funding or having veto power over all the new rules and regs that will surely be birthed by Mr. Cordray.


Senate Republicans have correctly called for reforms to make the new agency accountable before confirming any nominee and allowing that nominee to begin writing rules that would have a major adverse impact on the economy. The Republicans’ position is that we do not need more job restricting regulations coming out of Washington. Another governmental bureaucracy will cost billions and will be no more effective than the thousands of committees already in existence. It’s just another way to put more people into government jobs so they continue to vote for their benefactor, and the patronage cycle continues. Hope and Change? You decide.


But Obama doesn’t care how many more private sector jobs he kills with over-regulation. He’s on a mission to cripple America, and he’s succeeding. He’s making up his own tyrannical game plan as he goes along, and we will all pay the price for his folly.  Impeachment sounds like a great option to me, but the Republicans don't have the guts to do it. 

OBAMA 'S REQUEST- "I NEED ANOTHER $1.2 TRILLION IN FUNNY MONEY"

OBAMA’S REQUEST, “I NEED ANOTHER $1.2 TRILLION IN FUNNY MONEY” And funny money it is – being printed on the constantly running Federal Reserve printing press, and whatever isn’t printed is borrowed from China through the sale of worthless U. S. Treasury Bonds.

When Obama drags himself off the golf course and returns from his $4 million vacation, he will be asking Congress to increase the government’s debt limit by $1.2 trillion – again. This increase is the third step that was part of a deal approved back in August. The debt ceiling was increased $400 billion in August and $500 billion in September, and now $1.2 trillion will be asked for.

Now you would think there’d be a big fight in Congress over approving this increase. You’d think the Conservative Republicans would say hell, no, but you’d be oh, so wrong. The bill that was passed in August stated that Congress can only vote to block the debt ceiling increase with a “disapproval resolution.” This means after Obama requests the increase, lawmakers have only 15 days to vote it down. If Obama asks for the increase on January 1, Congress will have until January 14 to say “no.” But Congress will not be in session on January 14. They are in recess past that date. Oh, didn’t Obama plan this to perfection? Raise the debt ceiling now before Congress gets back to stop it. Isn’t he the clever one.

Once the debt ceiling is raised, the total amount Obama will be allowed to spend is $16.4 trillion. Want to know how bad this is? In eight years of the Bush administration our debt increased by $4 trillion. In the first 3 years of the Obama administration Obama has increased our debt $6 trillion.

So Congress can’t stop this madness. I’m not sure Boehner would have the guts to do it even if Congress were in session then. He’d probably flop, whine, whimper and waffle, and after a couple of weeks of press conferences he’d cave in.

Remember something, Folks. In over 1,000 days there has been no budget from Obama. He’s running the richest country on earth without a plan, a budget. No wonder he has to keep asking for more and more and more money. 

How do we know how much he is spending? We don’t. How do we know where he’s spending it? We don’t – except when the government backed Solyndras of the world go bust. We don’t know because there is no budget. He’s the sorriest excuse of a leader to ever occupy the White House. Vacation and golf are more important than creating a budget, decreasing our debt, and getting our financial house in order.

BUDGET SHELL GAME IN WASHINGTON

A History Lesson on U. S. budget process: Federal law requires the President to submit a budget sufficiently in advance of the fiscal year, which starts October 1 of each year. The President's budget spells out how much money he wants to spend and where he wants to spend it. The House then approves, modifies or disapproves. It then goes to the Senator and then back to the House and then to the President for his signature. This is the process for approval of the budget and is supposed to be done MONTHS IN ADVANCE of the fiscal year so federal agencies, vendors who deal with the government, the financial community and others have time to prepare for spending and the government knows how much it is going to spend. The Obama administration FAILED to present a budget for fiscal 10-1-2010, and therein lies the "close down the government" scenario we've witnessed this past week. The pressure was on. So let's make it clear. The budget that just got "approved" by all in Washington with the so-called $38 billion in cuts is for fiscal year 10/1/2010 - 9/30/2011, called the 2011 budget. The whole process will start over again this summer as the President presents his budget for fiscal 10/1/2011 to 9/30/2012, his 2012 budget. Paul Ryan from WI has already proposed a budget for 2012 that cuts $6 trillion in spending. I hope this explanation makes the budget process in Washington clearer to all of you. But wait, here's the most important thing you need to know. Obama's 2011 budget (just voted on this week) was billions higher than his actual spending for 2010. Thus, when the Republicans, Obama and the Democrats celebrated their agreement of $38 billion in cuts, they were not CUTS at all. The $38 billion is simply a decrease in the increase Obama wanted to spend from 2010 to 2011. It's only a cut in what they planned to spend, not actual, real deficit reduction dollar cuts. Spending for the remainder of 2011 will INCREASE DRAMATICALLY, not decrease. It will just increase by $38 billion less than Obama wanted it to increase. SO YOU ASK, OBAMA WANTS TO INCREASE OUR DEBT? Oh, yeah! Here are the facts. In the next six months Obama wants to increase our debt by another trillion dollars, and in the 2012 fiscal year he wants to borrow another $1.7 trillion. Out debt has increased $4 trillion since Obama became president. Can someone tell me how this can be considered a CUT in the budget? How can this be a "successful negotiation" to reduce our deficit?? Obama says the "economy will collapse" if we don't borrow more. His lack of knowledge on the economy is truly stunning. This is simply CRAZY! Most economists say that the economy will collapse if we keep on borrowing. Obama chooses to ignore the red flashing warning lights and is leading us right into the path of an oncoming freight train. I say it is immoral, illegal and unconstitutional for our government to borrow money when it has no ability or intention of repaying the loans. The White House and the enablers in Washington, both Republicans and Democrats who got on board the "we've cut $38 billion" celebration, are lying to us. This is nothing more than a Budget Shell Game. So why are these people running our government? Very Good Question. It looks like we have to have another change in the election of 2012. 2010 was a good start, as most of the Tea Party people who were elected are standing firm against this atrocity. But there are many left who are doing business as usual, like John Boehner who caved to The Imperial President.

GOD'S IN THE WHITE HOUSE - POWER GRAB EXTRAORDINARE!

In 1996 the Defense of Marriage Act was passed by the House 342-67 and the Senate 85-14 and was signed into law by Bill Clinton. Pretty unanimous, wouldn't you say? It's called DOMA, and it prevents the federal government from recognizing the validity of same-sex marriages. It means that states do not have to recognize custody, alimony and marriage laws made in other states that involve same-sex marriages. DOMA defines marriage as a legal union between one man and one woman. I tell you this only so that you know what DOMA says. It has been a federal law enforced by the Department of Justice since 1996. Until Yesterday.

Yesterday The Ruler-in-Chief Obama decided that he believes DOMA is unconstitutional, and he ordered his Justice Department to cease enforcing it. WOW, THINK ABOUT IT, PEOPLE. One man just ruled that a law passed unanimously by OUR CONGRESS, is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and therefore won't be enforced. Well Pardon Me, but who appointed Obama GOD?

So forget that the so-called "unconstitutional" bill is DOMA. It doesn't make any difference what it is. Congress and the American people just lost another chunk of liberty and our Constitution just got crapped on again.

So this is what I am going to propose. In 2012 Let's elect Sarah Palin, who is universally hated by the progressive left leaning loons. That should make then apoplectic. But then, let's have President Palin declare lots of things unconstitutional and let's have her give her DOJ instructions to cease enforcing them. For instance, Obamacare? Gone, unconstitutional. Roe vs. Wade? Gone, unconstitutional. Immigration laws? See Ya, unconstitutional. Federal Labor Laws? Bye, bye, unconstitutional. The Help America Vote Act? Ooops, you don't get to vote anymore, gone, unconstitutional. No Child Left Behind? So long, Don't need it. Tax Increase Act of 2005? Don't believe in tax increases, so it's gone, unconstitutional. The Stimulus Act, the Housing Recovery Act, Omnibus Act? All spending bills, don't believe in more spending, gone, unconstitutional. Oh, and the Repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell? Well, the military doesn't particularly like it so it too is gone, don't enforce it, it's unconstitutional. And on and on and on.

Do you see how outrageous Obama's declaration about DOMA is? Especially in light of his campaign and recent statements that he believes marriage is between a man and a woman. He knows he's in deep trouble in 2012. In desperation he's pandering to any group he can. This is a pure political play. He's a man with no principles, no ethics, who will do and say anything he needs to for political reasons. And he sits in OUR WHITE HOUSE. I hope all you Hope and Changers who voted for this Puppet of the Left are happy with what you got for your vote.

But it doesn't matter what bill God Obama chose to declare unconstitutional. He does not have the power to declare ANYTHING unconstitutional. THAT'S UP TO OUR COURT SYSTEM, MR. OBAMA! Don't you believe in the power of our three branches of government??? Or are you SO totally ignorant of American history that you don't even realize we have three branches of government?

It's just one more theft of power from Congress and the American people. Weep deeply, Folks, this is a big deal.
