 #6. I vote Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves. I am also thankful that we have a 911 service that get police to your home in order to identify your body after a home invasion.

Those poor "disenfranchised" voters don't have any problem getting their welfare, Badgercare, social security, disability, or other government handouts that require some ID or effort . You need a photo ID for drivers' license, buying cigarettes, hunting license, entry into a bar, cashing a check, using a credit card, just about every aspect of your life. Why the heck don't you need one to perform your most civic duty -- voting?? This from the Liberal Dane County courts. The same courts who refused to give the Walker campaign additional time to vet the million recall petition signatures. Think the deck is stacked against bringing sanity back to our world? You are right.

HOW DO YOU SPELL "CRASH AND BURN?"

Obama is NOT telling us the truth about how dangerous our "debt" is. Watch our DEBT, not our yearly DEFICIT. There is a difference. Obama is remarkably out of his depth as he and the Democrats refuse to confront our massive DEBT. They are driving us over the cliff, full speed ahead and it appears they don't realize the danger or they just don't care.

Some suggestions? Cut funding of all bailouts, subsidies, whole departments that are proven to be worthless, foreign aid which we cannot afford, social engineering programs that are not in our Constitution, cut the 200,000 employees that Obama has added to the federal payroll in just two years, cut all government program by 20% across every agency, and then cut all government spending by 10-15% every year until the debt is paid off. Enact immediately a Balanced Budget Bill that forces every administration to present a budget that matches spending to income. This would prevent Washington from creating new debt.

Do You Think There Is Anyone In Washington With The Boldness, Fortitude or Intelligence To Tell Us The Truth? Paul Ryan is getting there, but even his plan is not enough. And Yes, there are going to have to be changes to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. Like it or not, if we do not change those programs the debt problem will not be fixed and those programs will simply die a flaming death when we can no longer pay the bill. Wouldn't you rather have SOME Medicare/Social Security/Medicaid than NONE at all?

You must get involved in this fight to save America. Standards and Poors has changed our debt rating, and that is very, very serious business. Do not sit on the sidelines while America suffocates from our massive debt.

CHEAP STUNT, SENIORS WORTH ONLY $250

Hey, Seniors, did you hear how much Obama thinks your vote is worth? It was all over the news today. Obama and the Dems want to give you a nice LITTLE rebate check because you didn't get a Social Security cost-of-living increase in 2010. And I'm sure you have not forgotten that you didn't get one in 2009 either.

Today Obama and the Dems determined that YOUR VOTE IS WORTH ONLY $250. That's the amount they are proposing to send you. And their hope is that by sending you $250 you will not massacre them on Nov. 2.

But as usual, Obama/Dems have not come up with a plan to pay for yet another give away. Now, Seniors, understand that I would love to see you get a check, no matter how small. But more than that, I would like to see Obama/Dems actually pay for their bribe, for instance, by cutting some other program to obtain the funds. All this buying-of-your-vote will do is drive this country even further into debt. I think their $250 chicanery is not worth the price we will pay.

But I know something Obama and the Dems don't. I know that you are all too smart to fall for this Cheap Stunt. With Obama's track record I wouldn't be surprised if the promise is made before the election and rescinded after the election. That's about how much you can trust anything the Deceiver in the White House says.

STIMULATING THE DEAD AND THE WEASELS IN THE WORKHOUSE

We heard it today. The Social Security Adm. sent 89,000 STIMULUS PAYMENTS to 72,000 dead people and 17,000 residing in the Hoosgow. SS was supposed to distributing $13 billion as part of Obama's economic-stimulus package. SS excuses this misdeed by saying 55,000 checks were sent to "recently dead" people, and 17,000 checks were attributed to the SSA failing to properly process death records that it did have.

The break down of the bogus payments? $18 million went to the dearly departed. $4 million went to the weasels in the workhouse.

Obviously nothing dies harder than a bad idea. And the Obama Stimulus bill was one astonishingly bad idea.

And here comes Obamacare. Think the government can do a better job than the Stimulus bill? Think again.

2010 Election Platform

I saw an email the other day that had some interesting thoughts in it regarding things the public would like to see in a bill introduced in Congress as soon as the power shifts from the traitorous sludge currently in office. I like the ideas and thought you would too. I have listed them below along with my comments.

1. Term limits:

12 years only, lifetime limit. Serving in our government was never intended to be a lifetime job.

2. No tenure/No pension:

Our representatives collect a salary while in office and should receive no pay when they are out of office.

3. Congress, everyone (past, present and future) participates in Social Security:

All funds currently in the Congressional retirement fund moves to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system. Congress participates along with the American people. How long do you think it would take Congress to "fix" Social Security if their retirement was contingent upon its solvency?

4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do:

It makes no sense that we have to purchase our own private retirement plan and also have to pay for their retirement plan.

5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise or any other benefits:

What efficiently run company allows the people in charge to propose and vote for their own pay raises, benefits, exemptions, etc.? What a nutty system! Congressional pay should rise by the lower of CPI or 3%. No more than that, ever.

6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people:

No more Cadillac system for the Elites and something different for We The People.

7. Congress must abide by all laws they impose on the American people:

No more exemptions from what they force on us. If it's good enough for us, then it's good enough for them.

8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/Senators are void effective 1/1/11:

The American People did not make any contracts with their representatives. The representatives made all of these contracts for themselves. Rather self-serving, isn't it? What a conflict of interest. No wonder they all lose their common sense when they arrive in Washington. It becomes a self-perpetuating job.

SERVING IN CONGRESS IS AN HONOR, NOT A CAREER. THE FOUNDING FATHERS ENVISIONED CITIZEN LEGISLATORS. THEY SHOULD SERVE THEIR TERM (S), THEN GO HOME AND GO BACK TO WORK.

I know many will say passing something like this is "impossible." But Congress has the lowest approval rating of any entity in Government in the history of this country. Americans are angry and the balance of power is likely going to change with the next elections.

NOW IS THE TIME WHEN AMERICANS SHOULD JOIN TOGETHER

TO REFORM CONGRESS

THEY REPRESENT US - WE THE PEOPLE

Email, call or write your representatives, both Senators and Congressmen and demand that they introduce a bill like this in both Houses. Contact the campaigns of candidates currently running for office and ask them to pledge to introduce a bill like this as soon as they get to Washington.

It's guaranteed that whoever does it will become American heroes.

Amendment 28 - Ignored by Congress

Just received some interesting info, folks.

The 28th Amendment reads "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that apples to the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."

Now for the reality: the US House and Senate voted themselves raises of $4700 and $5300 respectively. But they voted NOT to give you a SS cost of living raise in 2010 and 2011.

Medicare premiums will go up $285.60 for the two years, and you will not get the 3% COLA, which would be $660 per year.

Total two year loss to is $1600 or $3200 for a husband and wife. Yet over the same two years the House and Senate each get $10,000 raises.

They are all exempt from Obamacare and can stay on their Cadillac plans with us paying the bill for them.

And it's obvious the tax codes don't apply to many of the Obama-ites, since so many of them have figured out ways to fraudulently not pay their taxes.

Go you think the cost of drugs, doctors, taxes, food, clothing, fuel, etc., will increase? Absolutely. But that won't affect the Kings and Queens in Washington. They got a better raise and better benefits that should more than cover any increased costs.

Pretty obvious that Nancy, Harry, Chris, Charles, Barack, Ron Kind, et al, don't care about us.

But in 2010 we will have a chance to FIRE THEM! We can get rid of the sitting Congress, meaning 100% of the House, and up to 1/3 of the Senate.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE STILL ANGRY IN NOVEMBER 2010 AND TELL THEIR REPLACEMENTS THAT YOU WILL BE WATCHING THEM. IF THEY DON'T DO THE JOB THEY WERE ELECTED TO DO, THEY TOO CAN BE REPLACED UNTIL WE RESTORE FISCAL SANITY TO WASHINGTON - NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES!

Ron Kind Listening Session Today

Today I attended Kind's listening session in Hudson. He has represented the 3rd Cong. District since 1996, 13 years. During the session today he talked about earmark reform and how it is long overdue. He said Social Security adjustments have been delayed for too long. He said large corporate farmers have received most of the farm subsidies and this has to change. He said "the deficit is unsustainable." He said he supports leaving the Bush tax cuts on anyone earning over $250,000, those "rich bankers and Wall Street types", because we need to raise revenue. But the gentleman in the audience who asked about the Bush tax cuts was certainly no "rich banker or Wall Street type."

He didn't get to my question, but if he had I would have asked him, Where were you for the last 13 years if you think these things have now gone on long enough? He's voted with Nancy Pelosi 93% of the time. That should tell you everything you need to know about Ron Kind. I believe Pelosi does not represent the values of Western WI, and according to his voting record, neither does Ron Kind.

I will mention one last thing. When I have attended these sessions in the past they have put the question sheets in order of your arrival so if you arrive early you have a good chance of getting called on. So I arrived very early and was one of the first to submit a question. Because of my early arrival I expected to be called on. However, I sat in the very front of the room and observed Mr. Kind's aide previewing the question sheets and separating them into two piles. At first I thought he was separating them by subject. But two piles wouldn't fit that agenda. He then handed Mr. Kind one of the piles and the aide kept the other pile. At that point I knew I would not be called on. Mr. Kind's office knows who I am.

They don't know me by face, but they certainly know my name because I email them and call them regularly, each time filling in my name. I was absolutely certain my question was put into the pile that the aide kept to himself. I can hardly wait until November, 2010 to throw him out of office. He's been there way too long.
