Muslims in Lackawanna, New York want to open a second call-to-prayer-facility. Non Muslims in Lackawanna say "Not So Fast." It would take a zoning change and loss of tax revenue to the city of Lackawanna. Why on Earth should the City Fathers and the Public say Yes to that?
