4/1/2011 - one of my astute readers pointed out the glaring fact that all of the businesses listed actually create REAL jobs in private industry, like manufacturing and retail. The businesses that are being boycotted make our economy work. They are not Government jobs that cost WI more $$$$. OUTSTANDING POINT. THANKS TO THE READER WHO POINTED THIS OUT!! SCOTTWALKERWATCH.COM - That's the name of the sleaziest of the sleazy sites that have popped up to destroy Scott Walker and anyone who supports his efforts to save WI. This site lists all of the businesses in WI that are being boycotted because they in some way support or supported Scott Walker. In addition to this site, many businesses throughout the state have received letters from unions asking them to express support by displaying a sign in their window. The letters say that failure to support the unions will mean a public boycott of the business. The letter also says that if the business stays "neutral" that means the business is not supporting the unions. One of the letters that has been sent came from Council 24 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, signed by council field representative Jim Parrett. CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW. ONCE INTO THE SITE CLICK ON "BOYCOTT LIST." AFTER LOOKING AT THE LIST OF BOYCOTTED BUSINESSES YOU SHOULD CLICK ON THE LINK THAT SAYS "REMOVAL PROCEDURES" OR "REMOVE NAME." IT STATES CLEARLY WHAT BUSINESSES MUST DO TO GET OFF THE LIST. AND IT AIN'T PRETTY. BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SITE, THAT IS AFTER YOU ARE SO ILL YOU CAN HARDLY WAIT TO LEAVE IT, CLICK ON THE "RECALL" BUTTON. THE REPUBLICAN SENATORS ARE ALL LISTED. CLICK ON ANY OR ALL OF THEM. ONCE IN A SENATOR'S PAGE CLICK ON "RECALL TO VOTE NO." THEY ARE TAKING A SURVEY OF ANYONE VISITING THE SITE WHO WANTS TO VOTE YES TO RECALL OR NO TO NOT RECALL. THE RESULTS OF THE VOTE ARE ALSO VISIBLE. I THINK IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE IF YOU ALL WENT TO THE SITE AND VOTED NO TO A RECALL. LET'S SHOW THEM WHERE THE SILENT MAJORITY REALLY IS. OPEN LETTER TO OBAMA: Mr. Obama, you were elected to protect our borders and defend our Constitution, amongst other things. So can you explain to me why you voluntarily tell the woman in this video that you do not want to deport illegal alien students? That you want them to succeed? Can you justify telling her that you have redesigned illegal alien enforcement practices to make sure we are focusing on criminals? Aren't "illegal aliens" criminals, all of them? Didn't they come here ILLEGALLY?

And why would you tell a reporter later that "we can strongly advocate and propose legislation that would change the law in order to make it more fair, more just, and ultimately would help young people who are here..." Don't you understand that Americans see them as being here illegally?? They are violating our LAWS, Mr. O.!

This video, Mr. O., and your subsequent words, defines for me why you have done nothing to close our southern border and why you continue to allow anyone and everything, including terrorists meaning to kill us, and life-destroying illegal drugs and weapons, to flow across our border. You advocate illegals ignoring deportation orders, but if I receive and ignore an IRS order I, a LEGAL AMERICAN, could go to prison. Mr. O., you are pathetic. And it will be pure joy for me and millions of other Constitution loving Americans to see you gone in 2012.

PROSSER VS. KLOPPENBURG – THE TRUTH. NEW INFORMATION 3/31/2011. Kloppenberg has never been a judge. She has been turned down for a judge position four (4) times, twice by Dem. Jim Doyle, her former boss. She claims to have "broad legal experience." But she has repeatedly stated she's been a DNR attorney for the last 22 years going after homeowners and businesses on behalf of the DNR. She was a state prosecutor, but she freely admits, "I've never said I was tough on crime." She says she's "independent and impartial," but she is directly linked to outside interest groups and unions who are dumping millions into WI in support of her campaign in the expectation of stopping Gov. Walker's Budget Repair Bill when it arrives at the Supreme Court level. PLEASE, PLEASE VOTE ON 4/5 FOR JUSTICE PROSSER. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT YOUR VOTE WILL BE. AS OF TODAY POLLS SHOW THEM NECK AND NECK. POST FROM 3/28. Supreme Court Justice Prosser has been endorsed by 206 law enforcement/elected officials. Kloppenburg has been endorsed by 43. Prosser has been endorsed by 77 members of the senate/assembly. Kloppenburg has been endorsed by five. Many current Democrats are not endorsing her. Prosser has been endorsed by many newspapers and associations. Kloppenburg has been endorsed by one. Prosser has decades of judicial experience. Kloppenburg has 21 years as a prosecutor, most of that time representing the DNR in cases that target homeowners. She has never been a judge. Kloppenburg described as “wonderful” a decision by the court that told a woman she couldn’t build a deck on the back of her house. She wants an iron fisted policy regarding land use, piers and water rights. She has been at the center of opposing WI legislative efforts to rein in the power of the DNR. Kloppenburg accepted a campaign contribution from the husband of Judge Maryann Sumi, the liberal judge who blocked Walker’s Budget Repair Bill. She surely has not remained “independent” on this issue, even though she claims she has. And she has stated she would NOT recuse herself from ruling on any issues involving the unions or the Budget Repair Bill. And now the lawyers are all for Kloppenburg and are attempting to remove Prosser from the Supreme Court. Guess why? Four years ago when WI government was completely controlled by Democrats, the Assembly and Senate both passed extensive “Tort Reform.” Gov. Doyle vetoed that bill. Now both houses passed the tort reform bill again, and this time Gov. Walker signed it. So the lawyers are spittin’ mad. But this bill is necessary to restore sanity to the legal system in WI. The bill brings WI’s rules on product liability and admissibility of expert testimony in line with the more strict rules applied in federal courts. It contains many other changes that will benefit WI when companies are deciding where to locate. They don’t locate in states where there is a repressive legal system. And if you see any ads anywhere accusing Prosser of being soft on sex offenders, it’s a lie. Look it up. Make sure you separate the chaff from the wheat when you vote on April 5. It is imperative that you treat this election like a presidential election unless you want the WI Supreme Court controlled by activists who will legislate from the bench. The term is for 10 years. We can't afford an activist court for 10 years. The first thing they will do is rule the Walker's Budget Bill is "out." IT'S NOT ABOUT THE LAW! IT'S ABOUT POLITICS. Vote Prosser on April 5. Did you hear about last week's Tractor Caper around the Capitol in WI in support of government workers and union demonstrators? Oh, yeah, about 13 tractors pulling all kinds of things, such as manure spreaders, drove to Madison to Rally Round the Troops.

One of them was Tod Pulvermacher, who arrived 1/2 hour ahead of the scheduled parade time and drew plenty of attention from the media as he drove round and round pulling his poop wagon with a sign that said "Walker's Bill Belongs Here."

But a check of online court records shows that this same Tod Pulvermacher has been convicted of drunk driving, FOUR TIMES, has no valid driver's license, was convicted of marijuana possession in 2007 and 2008, convicted of causing injury by drunk driving, has been convicted of theft, resisting arrest, obstruction of officers, disorderly conduct, and driving after revocation.

It is illegal to operate a tractor on public roads without a valid driver's license unless the activity involves farm work. I do believe there is no farmland anywhere near the Square in Madison. Hmmm, I wonder how he got there? Is it possible there is another arrest on the horizon for the Troubled Mr. Pulvermacher?

It appears Union Thugs were not the only demonstrators. They also had criminals in their midst.

OOPS! Caught 'Ya.

Golly Gee Whiz, that gol-darn Walker is doing exactly what he said he'd do. He's bringing JOBS to WI. And Holy Moly, they are NOT GOVERNMENT JOBS. And he's doing it in less than 3 months in office, and he's not raising taxes!

Catalyst Exhibits, Inc. has announced that they will relocate from Illinois (pays to raise taxes, huh, Illinois?) to Pleasant Prairie, WI. The company will bring 105 jobs to its new home and will make a $2.5 million investment in WI.

Now would you please Pipe Down, those of you who have been screaming about Walker giving millions to corporations? It's the corporations that provide JOBS, which in turn provide tax revenue, which in turn helps balance WI's budget. It's Economics 101, Friends.

And don't start yapping about the number of teachers and government workers who will lose their jobs due to Walker's Budget Repair Bill. If money is short the districts and municipalities will have to figure it out. Maybe they can save millions by bidding the health/life insurance contracts instead of being forced to use the WEA insurance program? Stands to reason that if millions can be saved on insurance, then those funds could be available to preserve jobs.

The fact is, WI is broke. WI cannot afford to continue propping up local governments and school districts. Everyone is going to take a hit, that means all of us. We are in a real fix.

But goody-goody, the next thing you know unemployment will go down and tax revenue will go up. Thank you, Governor Walker, these are jobs we need. GOOD GOING.

Hello Readers - I was sent this great article from about the union Death Threats against the WI Republicans who voted for the Walker Budget Repair Bill because that's what they were elected to do - GET RID OF OUR DEBT!! In addition to these Death Threats there are many, many businesses in WI who have been threatened with boycotting their services and products. Some have actually received letters from the unions stating they are being targeted.

So you lose at the ballot box and then throw a temper tantrum? Sounds like bullying to me. Only the unions mean it -- they will break your kneecaps, smash your fingers, get out their guns and place their bombs - the end justifies the means, according to the unions. I am waiting for the first Republican to turn up in a roadside ditch with a knife in their heart or a hole in their head. When it happens we will know who to blame.

I am also waiting for Obama to condemn the behavior of the union rabble-rousers. But he is too busy golfing to give a hoot about what's going on right under his nose.

Racketeering: Over a dozen Wisconsin state senators have received death threats after voting to remove public union collective bargaining powers. Funny we haven't heard President Obama call for civility lately.

When Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Ariz., and 18 others were shot, and a federal judge, a 9-year-old girl and four others murdered, the president traveled to a Tucson sports arena to call for "more civility in our public discourse."

It is doubtful that speech saved a single life from any of the other psychopaths roaming free in America.

If President Obama were serious about preventing violence, he would by now have taken his civility road show to Madison, Wis., where union goons have been sending lawmakers Corleone-esque horse's heads through the mail, the phone lines and cyberspace.

State Sens. Pam Galloway, Glenn Grothman and Joe Leibham were among more than a dozen Republicans sent e-mails with messages such as "Death threat!!!! Bomb!!!!"

A note shoved under Grothman's door said, "The only good Republican is a dead Republican." He has stories of getting obscene phone calls in the middle of the night.

Two Republicans, state Sen. Randy Hopper and state Rep. Jeremy Thiesfeldt, feel so threatened that they backed out of marching in Saturday's St. Patrick's Day Parade in the city of Fond du Lac.

On top of that, businesses, such as Milwaukee financial firm Marshall & Ilsley, have received letters from public employee unions threatening boycotts.

Grothman says the threats to GOP lawmakers who are committed to restoring fiscal sanity to Wisconsin have "only steeled our resolve."

It was just last week that Republicans finally succeeded in restricting public workers' collective bargaining privileges after Democratic state senators had left the state in an attempt to thwart the legislative will of the elected majority and GOP Gov. Scott Walker.

Imagine the media storm that we would be enduring right now if these threats were directed at liberal Democrats and the issue was, say, abortion.

When members of an organization commit acts as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise, it's time to start investigating them under the federal RICO Act.

But in the meantime, where is Obama? Where are the calls for civility now?

Since these union goon tactics are the logical consequence of the Democratic National Committee's organization of the original Wisconsin protests against Walker last month, perhaps the president and his political allies have a civility double standard.

Niall Ferguson is a columnist for Newsweek, not exactly a Right Wing publication, and he is a professor of history at Harvard, not exactly a bastion of Right Wing educators. He appeared on MSNBC and opined eloquently about the Obama administrations lack of a coherent foreign policy. He also has strong opinions about the U.S. debt. Watch both videos here. Remember, Professor Ferguson is not a conservative Right Winger.

This is too good not to share it with My Readers. Mr. Gundy is from The Greatest Generation and was deeply touched by the respect shown him by a younger generation of American soldiers. This video is worth your time.

Harry The Horseman, riding to the rescue of The Cowboy Poetry Gathering held each year in northern Nevada. Did you see Old Harry Reid on TV having a temper tantrum because the "mean-spirited" budget crunching Republicans want to cut funding to the National Endowment for the Arts? Cutting the NEA grants would effectively cut federal funding for NPR and thereby would cut funding for thousands of "art" projects and events nationwide, all of whom get some of their funding from NPR, and that means us, our tax dollars.

You must have heard about NPR this week. It's the organization whose senior executives were fired this week after they were video taped at a meeting with people they thought were members of the Muslim Brotherhood. The stated purpose of the meeting was for NPR to solicit funds from MB to establish Sharia Law in the U.S. Oh, yeah, NPR gets millions and millions of OUR TAX DOLLARS through the NEA. Watch the video below. You will be enlightened.

So in rides Happy Trails Harry wanting a showdown at the O.K. Corral because he says tens of thousands attend the Cowboy Poetry event every year and with no federal funding the festival wouldn't happen. The truth has come out now, and the yearly attendance at this most important Horse Apple event is about 3,000, substantially less than "tens of thousands." Harry, listen up, check your facts before you get on your High Horse.

Just to get our Cowboy facts straight, Harry wants us to fund Cowboy Poetry while our deficit for just this year is 1.6 trillion dollars. Well, Harry, it's my firm belief that the Sudden Death of the Cowboy Poetry Gathering would likely create the kind of misery that could inspire some really great poetry. Wouldn't you agree, Harry? JUST DON'T USE OUR MONEY TO PROMOTE THIS HORSE MANURE! IT STINKS!!

Here is the threatening e-mail sent to Wisconsin GOP senators last night at around 9:30 pm, shortly after the Senate passed an anti-union bill. The email not only threatens the senators with death, but it also vows that their families will also be killed due to their actions. Personally I know of one Republican Senator's family that was threatened by a 2 a.m. anonymous phone call to their home stating that if the Senator does not change his position "you and your kids will pay for it."

Local station WTMJ in Milwaukee has obtained the threatening e-mail and has redacted the sender’s name pending an investigation by the police. Spelling and grammar mistakes have not been corrected. (Emphasis in red added)

Subject: Atten: Death threat!!!! Bomb!!!!

Please put your things in order because you will be killed and your familes
will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks.
Please explain
to them that this is because if we get rid of you and your families then it
will save the rights of 300,000 people and also be able to close the deficit
that you have created.
I hope you have a good time in hell. Read below for
more information on possible scenarios in which you will die.

WE want to make this perfectly clear. Because of your actions today and in
the past couple of weeks I and the group of people that are working with me
have decided that we’ve had enough. We feel that you and the people that
support the dictator have to die.
We have tried many other ways of dealing
with your corruption but you have taken things too far and we will not stand
for it any longer.

So, this is how it’s going to happen: I as well as many
others know where you and your family live, it’s a matter of public records.
We have all planned to assult you by arriving at your house and putting a
nice little bullet in your head.
However, we decided that we wouldn’t leave
it there. We also have decided that this may not be enough to send the
message to you since you are so “high” on Koch and have decided that you are
now going to single handedly make this a dictatorship instead of a
demorcratic process.
So we have also built several bombs that we have placed
in various locations around the areas in which we know that you frequent.
This includes, your house, your car, the state capitol, and well I won’t
tell you all of them because that’s just no fun.
Since we know that you are
not smart enough to figure out why this is happening to you we have decided
to make it perfectly clear to you. If you and your goonies feel that it’s
necessary to strip the rights of 300,000 people and ruin their lives, making
them unable to feed, clothe, and provide the necessities to their families
and themselves then
We Will “get rid of” (in which I mean kill) you. Please
understand that this does not include the heroic Rep. Senator that risked
everything to go aganist what you and your goonies wanted him to do.

We feel that it’s worth our lives to do this, because we would be saving the lives
of 300,000 people. Please make your peace with God as soon as possible and
say goodbye to your loved ones we will not wait any longer.

WTMJ confirmed police are investigating several death threats, including the e-mail above.
Wisconsin GOP senators were told to flee the Capitol almost immediately after their vote because police said “it was not safe.” The police could not guarantee their safety.

How about these UNION THUGS? I say more power to the Republicans and Gov. Walker. It's about Time!

The Tyrant in The White House

This is an email I received. I don't know if the scenario is true, but the information about our government surely is. Whether or not it's true, I thought you'd all be interested in reading it and then give some thought to the real motives of our government. You think it can't happen here? Think Again! It's happening right now.

This past July, we had the pleasure of sharing a summer barbecue with a refugee from Cuba. Our dinner conversation was starkly different than most.

This refugee came to the United States as a young boy in the early 1960s. His family was more fortunate than most as they were able to bring a suitcase and $100 when they fled Castro's newly formed revolutionary paradise.

Our dinner consisted of all-American fare: hamburgers, potato salad, watermelon and fresh ears of sweet corn. This is a menu shared with family and friends nationwide, while celebrating the birth of our beloved America on the Fourth of July.

We began with a simple discussion about our country and the direction it has taken since Barack Obama came to power. We shared the usual complaints about the sour economy and liberal social engineering emanating from the rulers in Washington.

But then he said it. The sentence came naturally. I assume it was unplanned. But it carried the weight of a freight train. "You know when Castro took power, none of us knew he was a Communist."

We sat stunned. He continued, "Yes, we all thought he was a patriot, a nationalist. Before the revolution he didn't sound like a radical."

The comparison at this point was easy, and I interjected, "You mean just like Barack Obama?" He responded, "Yes, just like Barack Obama."

He continued, "We were all shocked as the government just continued to grab more power. First they said the revolution is over, so please turn in your guns. We all complied."

"I remember my uncle saying after it started, 'Castro will only nationalize some of the big industries, he will never come and take our family hardware store. 'But that is exactly what happened, Castro started with the sugar mills and the large industries, but they eventually came and knocked on the door of our family hardware store. My family had run this store for generations. They said we now own the hardware store, you work for us. And that nice, large four-bedroom home you own, it is now our property also, and you can move yourself and five children into two rooms of the house because others are moving in with you."

The lesson learned from this discussion is a lesson most Americans refuse to hear. Political leaders can lie about their agenda and once in office they can take totally unexpected turns.

If you had asked us three years ago if we thought General Motors would be nationalized, we would have never believed it. We could never contemplate a country where the rule of law, the most fundamental building block of a justice society would be evaporating just like it did in Castro's Cuba in the early 1960s.

But the news of injustice keeps increasing. Black Panthers are not charged with wrongdoing by the U. S. Department of Justice because their crimes are against whites. The bondholders of GM are stripped of their assets without due process by the government. Governmental leaders are bribed in full daylight only to have all investigation of the crimes stifled by the Attorney General. The U. S. borders are overrun with crime and illegal activity and the leaders in D. C. act as if it is important to protect the lawbreakers while the innocent are killed and overrun. When local communities attempt to enforce the law, they are ridiculed and threatened as racists and bigots. They are sued by the very administration entrusted with enforcing the law.

Without the rule of law the U. S. Constitution is a sham.. Without the rule of law our beloved America is swiftly becoming a country where only the well connected and politically powerful will be safe. As Michelle Malkin has so eloquently explained in her recent book, a culture of corruption has replaced honest government.

The only way this problem will be fixed is by massive citizen action. All honest citizens that want to be treated equally must come together and demand that the favoritism, the bribes, the uneven enforcement of law end now. And yes, it can happen here.

May God save the United States of America !

Great video about Ted Nugent's view on gun control. You might think some of his views are extreme. I believe he's right. We don't need a piece of paper to give us the right to defend our right to life. And we don't need anyone in any government dictating how, when and where we can protect ourselves and our families.

Aaron Kennedy is the founder of Noodles & More. He grew up on a farm with no connections to big money. At the age of 29 while eating at a Chinese restaurant Kennedy had an idea, which he scribbled on a napkin. He gathered up funds from friends and family and he maxed out 8 credit cards, and he opened his first Noodles out of his basement. He then put together a team of people with whom he'd build and operate 100 Noodles branches. It is now a $75 million franchise with 240 locations in 18 states providing over 3,000 jobs to people like Rob, the Noodles employee in this video. Noodles is the perfect example of American ingenuity and the resulting small business creating thousands of jobs.

Rob Lewis was one of the demonstrators at the Capitol in Madison, WI. That's where he was filmed. The first part of this video shows Rob being proud to be a member a socialist organization. The video cuts away to a meeting of the socialist group that Rob is involved with. But the most interesting part of this video is when Rob talks about his employer, Mr. Kennedy. He complains about his boss telling him what to cook, how to cook it, and what time to be at work, amongst other things.

Under Rob Lewis's vision everything Kennedy has worked for should be taken from him. Lewis says workers need to take control of the work place. He says that Kennedy should "abdicate his ownership position" and become equal with the employees. He says the employees would be willing to work with Kennedy if Kennedy brought his "expertise" to the table. Readers, this is what SOCIALISM looks like. Be warned, this video contains graphic language. The discussion of the workplace at Noodles begins at 3:38 in the video. We must defeat Socialism and all its ugly appendages.
