So, we bailed out GM (Government Motors because we own over 60% of the company, purchased with taxpayer money), and we did this to save/create American jobs. And in case you don't remember, the GM bond holders were "out" and the unions were "in" when it came to divvying up the company. And now GM is investing $500 million in a new plant. So wouldn't you say this is good news? Government Motors is a friend of the unions and is finally creating jobs with taxpayer bailout money? Wouldn't you think, wow, it worked, Government Motors is helping out the workers and the people in Detroit?
Well, you would be very wrong. GM, Obama Government Motors, is building that new plant in MEXICO. Construction will start later this year. So goodbye thousands of American jobs and $500 million American dollars. Thanks, Obama. Thanks, GM. But gee whiz, Mr. Obama, why would you allow this to happen? Your word was law when you took over General Motors, so why don't you "just say no" to this move to Mexico? Oh, that's right, you could care less about Americans who are out of work. You're only interested in golfing, vacationing, and enjoying the percs of the office. Thank goodness you will be a one term president.
